We loved the neighborhood as it was quiet but had great shops and cafe/restaurants around the area. Also Eiffel Tower was very close to our home. In same time we were far from touristic loud area. Location was great for our taste. The hotel itself was good value for money: comfortable beds and clean rooms. We did not spend a lot of time in hotel, mostly just slept there, however they did have gym, sauna, pool table and many more. Next time we will try to use these as well ;). Now the most important thing SERVICE. The service was very very good. In the morning time we were greeted with nice smiles. We arrived at the hotel a lot earlier than our check in was supposed to take place and they let us in. I think we arrived around like 11 and check in was at 15. We had planned to put things in locker and go to the city, but they made out day as we were able to change clothes and fresh up before heading to the city. Our last evening we came from bar and staying drinking in the hotel bar. The barman had very good sense of humor. It was very great stay! We did not eat in the hotel so unfortunately we have no information about the food.

had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were super modern, and I really appreciated the warm welcome and the amazing staff. One of the highlights for me was the Soft Play area, where my kids had a great time playing—it was a huge plus, especially since it was raining a lot during my stay. This hotel is an excellent choice for families with children! Another big advantage is the location—it's very close to the Eiffel Tower. I was able to walk there at night with my three children and felt completely safe in the area around the hotel. The laundry service was also a must-have! On the morning of my departure, before heading to my next destination, I could wash and dry my clothes at an affordable price. The space was convenient and made my stay even more comfortable as a family traveler. The only downside was that the elevator broke down on my last night, and since I was on the second floor, getting down and back to room with bags, stroller, and kids was a bit challenging. But despite this, I truly loved my stay and would definitely return!

I had to communicate with the staff a lot due to my flight being at night and later cancelled and communication was prompt and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and it had most of the things you could want. I had to use the parking at the hotel and the staff were very helpful and clear about the charges. I would advise that you request parking in advance if you are driving as it can be limited. The hotel is about a 10min walk to the closest train/metro station and there are also buses that stop nearby. It is a 20-30min walk to the Eiffel tower, so plenty of opportunities to see it at night when the lights are on and sparkle. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, so if you are walking all day and you are tired you can find something. There are arcade games and pool table in the lobby, as well as soft play room for kids. There is also a wellness suite, but we did not use this .

Room, a family room for 5 adults, for the time you are in the room excellent, beds so easy to sleep in and the view from this room was outstanding. Location a 5 min walk from metro station, 10min walk to the Eiffel tower and 25 min walk to the Champs Elysees, what more do you need. Breakfast there is a lot to choose from and as it is a buffet style you can charge up for the day (I would like some sausages as well though) And an excellent sauna which is open until 11pm time to allow you to relax after a days outing walking through Paris. The main reception is a fantastic hub, bar, table games, soft play area for kids, pool, feels and is such a friendly area where you can meet new people, overall I'll be back to use this hotel in the future.

My kids absolutely loved this and they had so much fun playing in the evenings in the hotel and meeting other kids. The location is amazing, many metro and train stations within walking distance and you are only 10 mins walk from the Eiffel tower. The room was clean and well laid out and worked really well for the 5 of us. I will stay again at this hotel, we loved it.
